The following are the terms and conditions for the Lakeside Sportswear website:

The website is operated by Lakeside Sportswear Limited, which is a limited company with its registered offices at Russborough, Blessington, Co. Wicklow.

Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. 
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission, the price for the products on the website is wrong. 
While we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. 

Cancellation 
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). Please contact us on sales@lakesidesportswear.ie if you wish to cancel your order.  Our Returns Policy below provides full details on returning your order. 
Your order cannot be changed or amended once it has been submitted. Changing or amending an order is only possible by cancelling the order and submitting a new order. 
If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. 
Any items which are personalised such as t-shirts, mugs, plaques etc. cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. 

Delivery
Once we have received your order and payment we will do our best to despatch the  order within a 5 working day period for items not requiring any artwork. Any products requiring logos – screen printing or embroidery may take a bit longer, approx 10 working days. If for any reason there is a delay to your order we will contact you by email to inform you of the delay and an estimated delivery date. 
Orders over €200 will not incur a delivery charge, orders below €200 will incur a charge of €10 approx.
We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched.​

Returns
​​Full refunds will be provided subject to the conditions below:
Goods that have been worn or have the tags removed will not be exchanged or refunded.
Goods must be in  their original packaging with tags and labels still intact.
The returns form must be completed and returned with your goods.
Enclose the Return Form in your parcel along with the goods that you are returning.
It is advisable to use a tracking service when returning goods as Lakeside Sportswear cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be made within 14 days.
Refunds will be made via original payment method.
Any items which are personalised, embroidered or screen printed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
